Rawturns Heating & Air is a referral service. Homeowners with a cooling problem reach out, and we pass the details to independent providers in our network. If you run an HVAC company and want more homeowner calls, this page is for you.

The network is not a job board and not an employer. You stay independent. You set your prices, run your schedule and do your own work.

What the network offers

Homeowners arrive with a clear problem and a real need. Many have read about what a failing system costs over time, so they tend to ask good questions and expect a written quote. That suits providers who like to explain their work and price it clearly.

Who we are looking for

We want providers who work on residential cooling and heating, including AC repair, AC installation and replacement, and general HVAC service. Contractors who serve homeowners in our service areas are the closest fit. Small shops and larger companies are both welcome.

What we expect

The network only works if homeowners are treated fairly. We expect providers to:

• Hold every license, permit and insurance policy required where you work
• Give written quotes before work begins
• Explain the problem and the options in plain words
• Respect a homeowner who wants to compare other quotes
• Be honest about availability and price, with no pressure
• Handle your own warranty, billing and follow-up

No set number of calls is promised. Volume depends on season, area and how quickly you respond.

Each note gets read, and replies go out when there is a fit. Replies may take some time.
